The Vehicle: 2025 Mercedes-Benz G63 (W464)
This G63 arrived finished in a breathtaking white leather interior with a starlight headliner — already one of the most luxurious cabins on the road. It was a base-spec model, however, so it came without certain features like smart entry and the electric side steps. The owner wanted to complete the experience: add those missing options, and most importantly, install rear headrest monitors with a true factory finish.
The Challenge
Most headrest monitors on the market are universal units that clamp onto the metal posts behind the seat. They work — but they never look factory. Our client wanted none of that. The goal was a genuine Mercedes-design headrest monitor, fitted so cleanly it would look exactly as if Mercedes installed it on the production line. That meant going far beyond a simple clamp-on job — it required opening up the seats themselves.
The Solution: Genuine OEM-Design Headrest Monitors
We installed genuine Mercedes-design headrest monitors built specifically for this model. What makes the difference is the mounting: the G-Class seats already have factory-prepared brackets and screw points hidden inside, exactly where Mercedes intended these monitors to go. To reach them, the seats had to be fully disassembled.
We removed and opened the leather seat covers, fitted the monitor bracket into the factory mounting point, and secured it with the original screw pattern — exactly as the production line would. Wiring was connected using the correct plug-and-play connectors made for this Mercedes model. Then the seat covers were carefully refitted to their original factory condition.
Precision Upholstery by Our Interior Team
Opening and refitting the seat leather of a brand-new G63 is delicate work — one wrong move leaves a permanent mark. For this, we brought in our specialist upholstery team, led by Zainab. They removed and reinstalled the seat covers flawlessly, returning them to exact factory condition with no trace of the work. The same team also crafted the stunning starlight headliner you see in this build, adding a true bespoke touch to the cabin.

Inside the Process
This was a meticulous, multi-stage installation carried out in our Dubai workshop. The seats were carefully disassembled, the OEM headrest monitor brackets were mounted into the factory points, the model-specific wiring was routed, and the leather was refitted to original condition. Every step was checked to ensure the finished result looked and functioned exactly like a factory installation.
